Lithotripsy performed with ureteroscope 200 μm without access sheath. Three were compared (Dornier 30W HL, Olympus 100W 60W TFL). needle thermocouple measure temperature inserted 2 mm from tip. Irrigation maintained at 35cc/min room using Thermedx FluidSmart System. Intraluminal continuously recorded for 60 seconds activation. Time given between each trial intraureteral fluid return temperature. 5 trials 4 different power settings: 3.6, 10, 20, 30 Watts. ANOVA Mann-Whitney U tests performed, p<0.05 considered significant. RESULTS: Intraureteral increased as settings all trialed (p<0.05, table 1). produced significantly higher both 3.6W (26.36°C vs. 24.57°C (Dornier) 23.23°C (Empower); p<0.05) (41.76°C 37.28°C p<0.05).
